There are many issues that could affect the stability of an Exchange e-mail
Server. These include:
- - Hardware Failure
- - Corrupted Exchange Back-up
- - E-mail Data Deleted by Mistake
- - Malicious Action or Virus
- - Corrupted PST, STM or EDB Data
- - Hard Drive Fragmentation
If your Exchange Server is not loading, please do not attempt
to run any Microsoft Exchange or 3rd party utility programs in order to repair
the priv1.edb , pub1.edb or Information Store files. The Eseutil, Isinteg and
other utilities can delete valuable data.
